Ribbit!

Today after work I did some Frog-Clubbing of my own! I had intended to go straight home but when I heard frogs in the fields across the street I couldn't resist. I waded out in the middle of the field (it was all ankle-deep water from the rain) and waited about 20 minutes until I found one of the little stinkers.

Isn't he cute? He's a Gulf Coast Toad. :-)

Dallas ComicCon!

Today I took my little brother to the Dallas ComicCon! It was so much fun! We didn't get to meet Carrie Fisher or Leonard Nimoy or Stan Lee (they cost WAY too much!) but we did say "hey!" to Alexis Cruz of Stargate SG-1. He was very nice (and fetching, might I add.)

Joseph wasn't particularly saddened by the lack of stardom. He was much more interested in looking at all of the booths the convention had to offer.
